I'm a career professional, wife and mom, but found myself wanting more from my life. I started working with a life coach to help me take my career to the next level. What I learned did so much more for me than just career advancement.

I offer private one-on-one coaching to help professionals get a clearly defined view of what they want and how to achieve it.

My mission is to help other professionals learn to better balance their fast paced careers with their lives. I'm on a mission to help others find passions and joys in their life. When we focus so much on our careers and getting ahead, we forget to take care of things that bring us joy. ​
